What is ECU Remapping?

The purpose of ECU remapping is to first read the ECU’s processor of a vehicle’s standard map. As a result, the software will adjust various parameters within that map, for example: fuel pressure, boost pressure (turbocharged engines) and ignition advance, especially when implemented correctly.
